  • 2 medium ripe bananas

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and grated

  • 2 tsp honey

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup yogurt

BANANA PEANUT BUTTER AND OAT PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ¼ cups milk (almond milk or cow’s milk are both fine)

  • 2 medium ripe bananas

  • 1 large egg

  • 3 Tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 1 Tbsp real maple syrup

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

FLUFFY COTTAGE CHEESE BLUEBERRY PANCAKES

  • 3 large eggs

  • ½ cup cottage cheese

  • 2 Tbsp real maple syrup

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
